What does the registration fee cover? 

Your registration fee includes full access to all conference programming, including presentations, keynote and plenary sessions, and scheduled networking events. It also covers the dessert reception on May 3 and May 4, breakfast and lunch on both May 4 and May 5, as well as refreshment (coffee/tea) throughout the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses.

Can I register multiple people at once (e.g., for colleagues or staff)?

At this time, registration must be completed one person at a time. Each individual attendee requires a separate registration submission. This helps ensure that attendee records are accurate and that required information is collected clearly and efficiently. If you are registering multiple people, please complete the registration process separately for each person.

Is there a virtual or hybrid option to attend or present?

No. The 2026 EERS Annual Conference is fully in person, and we are not able to accommodate virtual or hybrid attendance or presentations this year. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on creating a meaningful, in-person conference experience.

I am a Platinum- or Gold-Level Sponsor. How do I access my complimentary registration?

I am the keynote speaker (or part of the keynote team). Who should I contact about travel arrangements?

If you are the keynote speaker or a member of the keynote team, please reach out to EERS President Christine Fry Wise (cfry@eers.org) and Treasurer Danielle Gadson (dgadson@eers.org) for information regarding travel arrangements and logistics.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are no longer able to attend, you may cancel your registration through Zeffy up until April 1, 2026. To do so, use the email address you used to register and follow Zeffy’s instructions for cancelling or refunding a ticket.

​We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible. After April 1, it becomes difficult to make adjustments to conference arrangements (including catering, space, and materials), and we may be unable to accommodate late cancellations. Thank you for helping us plan responsibly and keep the conference running smoothly.

What if I missed the April 1 registration timeline?

You may still register for the conference through Zeffy after April 1, 2026. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions or special meal requests submitted after that date.

​

Can I register onsite at the Seaview during the conference?

Yes. Onsite registration will be available at the conference using the same Zeffy registration link and at the regular registration rate. A member of the conference team at the registration table will be available to assist you.

Can I pay for my registration by check?

Yes. If you strongly prefer to pay by check, please contact the Program Co-Chairs, Joy and Lin, and we will assist you with the process.
