You must make your own hotel reservation (Dolce Seaview) for the conference by calling 1.800.983.6523 and letting them know that you are attending the "Eastern Evaluation Research Society" conference to receive the conference rate. You can also register online.

The 2012 conference room rate was $139.00 per night— the same rate for both single and double rooms (taxes and fees additional). 

You must make your reservations by a date to be announced, in order to guarantee a room at the conference room rate. The regular room rate will apply after that cut-off date. You may also reserve at the conference room rate for the day prior to and/or after the conference.
